What size should the images be I submit?

We have been making these albums for professional photographers for years, and now we’re offering them direct to you. Files from professional photographers are always preferred. For best results, please refrain from using any pictures from social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Taking small files from web sites will cause the final print to look pixelated or blurry.

Do you offer image retouching and Photoshop work?

We do! The cost of retouching all depends on how much retouching is required on the image itself. Retouching/Photoshop fees are $1/per minute or $60/hour. An estimate will be given before work begins.

Can I add text to a page?

There is an option to add text in our designer software.

Can I submit both black and white and color images?

Yes, as long as they are in RBG color mode (not gray scale).

What is the turnaround time?

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery once your album has been approved and submitted for production. This time could take longer during holiday seasons.
